We got a bit distracted from our menu last week so we’re going to try and get back on task this week. There are some great deals at Albertson’s so I’m going to incorporate them into our weekly menu plan.
Monday
Breakfast – Breakfast Sandwich
Lunch – Leftovers (I have a fridge full of stuff I cooked over the weekend)
Dinner – Pizza, veggies, fruit (It’s my 7 year old’s night to pick dinner)
Tuesday
Breakfast – Homemade English Muffins and fruit
Lunch – Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, fruit
Dinner – Chicken and Artichoke Whole Grain Casserole, Salad
Wednesday
Breakfast – Oatmeal, fruit
Lunch – Leftover casserole, salad
Dinner – Noodles with Pesto and feta cheese, garlic bread, salad
Thursday
Breakfast – Waffles with peanut butter, fruit
Lunch – Nachos with black beans
Dinner – Tortilla crusted tilapia, rice, corn, salad
Friday
Breakfast – Bacon and Cheese Muffins, fruit
Lunch – Grilled Chicken, fruit, salad
Dinner – Chicken fajitas, rice, salad
Saturday
Breakfast – Pancakes, Bacon, Eggs, fruit
Lunch – Mac & Cheese, fruit
Dinner – Steak, mashed potatoes, green beans
Sunday
Breakfast – Cereal, fruit
Lunch – Sandwiches, fruit
Dinner – Steak pizza, salad
